The #9 Seeded HCA baseball team picked up a home victory in the first round of the NCISAA playoffs against the #16 seeded Lee Christian School. Lance Cook was 2 for 4 with a triple and 3 RBIs in the game. Andy Cook picked up the win with 2 innings of work. Jake Auten came in for relief and struck out 4 in 3 and a third innings. Nick White came in to close out the night on the mound.
With the win the Knights travel to Ahoskie, NC on Wednesday to take on #8 seeded, Ridgecroft Academy.
