The Knights JV team played their best game of the season at home against Alexander Central High School's 9th grade team.  The game was close the entire time.  The Knights lost the first quarter by 4 points, but won the second quarter by 5 to take a 1 point lead into half time.  HCA won the 3rd quarter by 1 to take a 2 point lead to start the 4th quarter.  With 3.4 seconds on the clock, and the Knights down by 3, 8th grade guard, Jaxson Sjobom, hit a 3-point field goal to tie the game and send it into overtime.  The Knights were down early in overtime but came to within 1 when sophomore forward, Easton Crouch, made 2 clutch free throws.  The Knights had a 2 point lead with 13 seconds left in overtime.  The Cougars took the ball up the court, shot a 3, missed, but was able to get the rebound and put it in the net to send the game to double overtime.  The Knights were unable to score a basket in double overtime, so the Cougars two made free throws were able to give them the win.  In the 47 - 49 loss, Hunter Sjobom had 28 points, Jaxson Sjobom had 6 points, 8th grade guard, Tate Sigmon, had 5 points, 8th grade forward, Micah Herndon, had 2 points, 8th grade guard, Matt Auten, had 2 points, and Easton Crouch had two points.
