SPIRIT WEEK THEMES! Monday 27th - America Monday: Show your patriotism by dressing in an array of red, white, and blue!Tuesday 28th - Team Tuesday: Dress in the colors of your favorite sports team.Wednesday 29th - Western Waikiki Wednesday: There has been much controversy over western vs. Waikiki, so why not both? Dress as a cowboy or in your favorite Hawaiian wear. Boots, hats, and hula skirts welcome! Please leave your horse at home. Thursday 30th - Throwback Theater Thursday: Dress in the styles of a previous generation or as a classic book or movie character.Friday 31st - Fan Friday (Blue and Gold Day): Deck out in HCA colors to close out our big week!

Athletic Forms

All Athletes must have the following on file with the Athletic Department before they can participate in any Sport.
NCISAA Pre Participation and Exam Form, NCISAA Athlete Covid Questionnaire, NCISAA Consent to participate form, HCA Handbook, HCA Concussion Awareness Form, and the Tate Center Authorization Form.
Forms must be renewed each year.
The HCA Waiver Form will take the place of the Pre Participation and Exam form for Middle School athletes ONLY.
