The Hickory Christian Academy Girls Varsity Basketball team dropped a close SPAA conference matchup Thursday night to North Hills Christian, 55-49. Freshman Savannah Pope led all scorers with 26 points. Seniors Addy Sigmon and Emma Ledford added 10 and 8, respectively. The Knights, who were down by as many as 16, rallied back in the third quarter to pull within 1, but couldn’t close it out. The Knights will host the Asheville Trailblazers in a non-conference game Friday night at the Tate Center at 5:30pm.
