Tera Sanford.

Biography:
Tera Sanford is in her third year coaching for HCA. In the past, she has led our Gold Middle School team to a CCISAA Conference Championship and our Junior Varsity team to a success season as well. Coach Sanford has also coached travel volleyball teams for two years with the Alexander Aces and then, more recently, with Carolina Select. Coach Sanford attended Alexander Central High School where she played volleyball for four years. She also participated in intramural volleyball at Lenoir-Rhyne University. Her main goal in coaching is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with her players as she teaches them how to play and practice to glorify the Lord.
