MS Girls Win AGAIN!! Back to Back! 2019 Champs!
Updated on 06/10/2022 | Eric Lail
The MS Girls defeated North Hills today 27-19 to win the SPAA Conference for the 2nd year in a row! This group of 8th graders is 38-3 over the past 3 years (when they also won the 5th - 6th grade conference going 14-0 that year)! Counting scrimmages against public schools, this team was 41-4 over the past 3 years! We are so proud of their effort, their attitudes, and their LOVE for each other. Each person grew so much this year in skills and confidence, and battling injuries (even today), they managed to pull out a W for Jesus and each other. All the glory goes to God for their talents. Five 7th graders will be returning for next year to go for a 3-peat!
HCA MS Girls remain undefeated at 6-0! Go Knights!

MS Girls WIN against Hickory Day School
Updated on 06/10/2022
The MS Girls continued their winning ways today against Hickory Day School. It was a hard defensive battle on both sides of the court, with HCA pulling away late in the 2nd half. Mia McGrath came off the bench to win the Starburst (candy) award for a "BURST" of energy when we needed it! Our 8th graders: Ava Hartman, Olivia Lail, Caleigh Beth McMurray, and Sarah Oetting had exceptional leaderhip in the huddles, and on the court. Mary Alice Bowman, Lydia Maier, Mia White, and Lily Grace Alexander all played aggressively, getting steals, rebounds, and blocked shots. Total Team Effort!
MS Girls stay undefeated! 5-0

The Middle School Girls Basketball team traveled to United Faith on Thursday, 1/8, and came away with a 47-10 victory. Everyone contributed in a BIG way! Two players scored career highs, one player scored for the first time this season, and they played with JOY, which was the word for the game! Pray that we continue to stay free from injury, and that we continue to TRUST in the Lord and each other.
